Sanitation #1: Providing Safe Food

In this episode of the Sanitation (self-study) series, we cover the basic principles of providing safe food and discuss hazards and costs associated neglecting good sanitation practices.  For this course we will be using the ServSafe Coursebook, updated with the 2009 FDA food code and ServSafe answer sheet for the certification.  Feel free to pick it up from Amazon if you’d like to follow along for the series.
